As a Promotions Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that connect our customers with the thrill of the punt, while ensuring every promotion is accurate, compliant, and world-class. Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Brand teams, you’ll bring promotions to life from concept to delivery - building, testing, launching, and optimising. You’ll use data and insights to enhance performance, champion process improvements, and help shape how our customers experience wagering in a safe, responsible, and exciting way. A Day in the Life Based in our Bowen Hills office, we embrace a hybrid working model - with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. It’s balance that lets you thrive while doing what you love. Here’s a snapshot of your day: Build and execute weekly promotions across Ladbrokes and Neds platforms. Ensure all promotions are accurate, compliant, and on-brand. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and delivery across channels. Conduct daily QA checks to maintain consistency and quality. Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement. Report on campaign success and share insights with the wider marketing team. Champion enhancements to the promotions process and customer experience. Your Strengths Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or promotions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines. Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Creative thinker with strong written communication skills. Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Passion for racing, sport, and digital engagement. Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (advantageous).
