Description Duke Wright’s Midwest Communications is looking for an energetic, creative, passionate and engaging Promotions Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Promotions Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage on-air and on-site promotional activities that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and advertiser partnerships. As our Promotions Coordinator, you are a key connection between programming, sales, and marketing, ensuring promotions run smoothly and effectively. As our Promotions Coordinator, we will ask you to… · Coordinate and execute station promotions, contests, and giveaways across on-air, digital, and social platforms · Plan and manage live events, remotes, and community appearances · Act as on-site lead for station events, ensuring professional setup, branding, and listener engagement · Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client-sponsored promotions and campaigns · Maintain promotional calendars and ensure deadlines are met · Write and organize promotional materials, contest rules, and winner documentation · Manage station inventory including banners, signage, and promotional items · Assist with social media content and digital promotion of events and contests · Recruit, train, and supervise part-time promotional staff or street team members · Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and company policies regarding contests and promotions We are asking you to… · Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, or related field (or equivalent experience) · Have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask · Have excellent at communication and interpersonal skills · Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends · Have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and the ability to lift and transport promotional equipment · Have experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools This is your chance to be part of a dynamic facility that houses some of the region’s most iconic brands.
