As our Proof Product Manager, you’ll: Turn real customer success stories into conversion-driving proof assets. Build systems that ensure every buyer sees undeniable, verified results. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to make “show, not tell” our superpower. Attribute proof to measurable funnel lift (CTR, CVR, sales cycle). Be part of a high-growth, global team redefining how financial services tell their story. About the Role We’re looking for a Proof Product Managerto join our marketing team in Kathmandu. Key Responsibilities 1. Capture Install and maintain consent + recording flows across the customer lifecycle (sales, onboarding, approval). Systematically tag and archive “before/during/after” moments from real client interactions. Collect and organize screenshots, reviews, artifacts, and third-party mentions into a centralized Proof Library. 2. Verify Run compliance reviews and redaction SOPs to ensure privacy and brand safety. Secure partner logo and testimonial approvals. Maintain a high-trust, “show, not tell” standard of accuracy and transparency. 3. Deploy Create segment-specific Proof Packs (by corridor, persona, or product line) for use in ads, landing pages, webinars, and sales decks. Maintain and update the public “Airport-to-Keys” Proof Page — showing live metrics (time to approval, settlement, etc.). Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Ops to ensure proof is visible at every stage of the funnel. 4 Measure Attribute proof assets to funnel performance: CTR, CVR, show rates, close rates, sales cycle time. Maintain a monthly proof dashboard with methodology notes and cohort analysis. Continuously retire weak assets and double down on high performers. Required Experience 3–6 years in customer marketing, case study programs, content ops, or sales enablement. Proven portfolio of 10 + published case studies, testimonials, or data-driven proof assets. Demonstrated ability to turn raw call recordings + artifacts into persuasive, compliant, on-brand assets. Comfort collaborating in regulated contexts (finance/insurance/healthcare/SaaS) with legal/compliance stakeholders. Experience attributing content/assets to pipeline metrics via CRM/analytics. Favorable Experience Background in financial services, mortgage, or tax. Basic video/audio editing (Descript/CapCut) and light data-viz for dashboards. Familiarity with Acquisition.com/Hormozi “show your work” style proof. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience. Proven portfolio (10+ case studies/testimonials/proof assets) - include link or PDF reel in application. Training or knowledge in privacy/compliance (consent, redaction, brand/reputation safety). Strong written English; additional APAC languages a plus. Required Skills Systems + ops: taxonomy design, SOP building, asset lifecycle management, stakeholder orchestration. Tooling: HubSpot/CRM attribution, Google Drive/DAM hygiene, Notion, GA/Data Studio/Looker; Descript/CapCut basics. Analytics: cohorting, lift analysis, funnel diagnostics; crisp dashboards with documented methodology. Compliance/QA: consent workflows, redaction standards, logo/quote approvals; impeccable attention to detail. Storytelling: turn raw artifacts into tight, high-credibility narratives (“numbers > opinions; show > tell”).
