Now Hiring: Experienced Prop Fabricator & Finisher We are seeking a highly skilled Prop Fabricator & Finisher to join our creative team. This position is ideal for a hands-on artist who excels at building, detailing, and finishing high-quality props for themed environments, displays, or productions. Your application must include resume and portfolio. Required Skills & Experience * Proficient with HVLP spray systems * Strong airbrushing skills * End-to-end prop making experience * Mold making (silicone, urethane, and related materials) * Sculpting in a variety of mediums * Fiberglass fabrication and repair * Excellent surface prep, finishing, and detailing abilities * Ability to work from drawings, references, and physical samples Beneficial / Bonus Skills * Figure finishing (wax statues, characters, and scenic elements) * Realistic painting techniques, including aging and weathering * 3D printing (operation, cleanup, and finishing) * 3D modeling experience * Print production knowledge * Vinyl application (graphics, wraps, decals) * Makeup application * Hair punching * Body casting * Smooth-On products. Other Requirements: * Schedule must be flexible to accommodate the business needs. Occasional travel will be required. * Central Florida area applicants only * Available for interview and skills testing * Must be able to stand for 8 hours periods * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Your application must include resume and portfolio.
