Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Mt Horeb Propane - Mount Horeb, WI 53572 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $20.00 - $29.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Job Category: General Labor Install and maintain tanks, regulators, and lines. Perform leak checks and minor system repairs. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. Operate a propane bobtail truck and manage delivery routes. Keep accurate delivery and service records. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies. Qualifications Valid CDL Class B (or A) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (required or willing to obtain). Clean driving record and current DOT medical card. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions. Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous propane/fuel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The Propane Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining propane tanks, regulators, and lines, as well as safely delivering propane to various customers. They must perform leak checks, manage delivery routes, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety regulations.
