Description
The Properties Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management and coordination of property and lands-related requirements for the Ontario Line – Elevated Guideway and Stations Project. This role works closely with various internal disciplines including design and construction as well as external stakeholders including the Contracting Authority and private property owners to identify, track, and coordinate land requirements, property access needs, permits to enter, temporary occupancies, property handovers, and other property-related commitments required to support project delivery. The Properties Coordinator reviews technical documentation including design drawings and property plans, prepares and coordinates property-related submissions, develops property sketches, maintains project trackers, and supports engagement with property owners, governmental authorities, Contracting Authority representatives, consultants, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced major infrastructure project environment.
