Kennett High School is seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic, Properties Director for the Fall Play.

• In consultation with the diretors, make a list of props to be acquired
• Prepare a detailed list of borrowed props and record the name, address and phone number along with description of item borrowed
• Purchase props where necessary, submitting receipts for reimbursement
• Attend rehearsals as required to check that the prop list coincides with actual requirements
• Prepare final prop list and indicate which actor uses which item at which point in the play
• Make list for preset before curtain
• Make list for act or scene “set-up” or “strike”
• After the run, promptly return all borrowed items
• Successful candidates should believe in the importance of the impact of extra-curricular activities in a child’s K-12 experience
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available on nights and weekends
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work in a team setting
