Responsibilities

As a Property Accountant, you’ll provide essential support to both of our accounts receivable and accounts payable divisions of our accounting team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform full cycle accounting and data entry
  • Assist with accounts receivable reviewing ledgers, recording payments and communicating with tenants regarding any delinquent accounts
  • Assist with accounts payable entering bills into our accounting software and following through Axon’s accounting process to the point of payment issuance
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly property level financial reporting
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations, invoices to clients, invoices to tenants for chargebacks
  • Communicating with tenants and owners at times
  • Any other tasks reasonably related to the position, as may be assigned by the Employer.
