The executive of the company has 40 years Strata and Rental management experience in both Hong Kong and Vancouver.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable to join our team. This role will handle accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing, payment processing, and communication with homeowners and property managers. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing both residential and commercial property portfolios.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial services and principles
• Proficiency in software like Yardi or Infotracker
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience within property management is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
