You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to fulfill these responsibilities and requirements: Responsibilities Compile and analyze financial statements for internal review, investors, and lenders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Review revenues, expenses, invoices, and other accounting documents to complete month-end close for properties, resolving discrepancies as needed. Prepare and enter journal entries, including, accruals, amortizations, deposits, and reclassifications. Perform bank reconciliations, deposit checks, issue checks, book cash transfers, and process resident refunds. Communicate with on-site and other property managers to support pre-close and close activities, answer questions, and ensure timely completion of accounting processes. Train and mentor new team members. Qualifications 3+ years of multi-entity accounting experience Associate’s degree in accounting, bachelor’s degree in accounting Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Previous experience in Property Management accounting (Preferred) Our company runs purely on EOS.
