QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting.
  • Software Proficiency: Yardi
  • Skills: Proficient in accrual accounting, journal entries, variance analysis, and budgeting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year

  • CAM Reconciliations: Perform Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations to ensure proper allocation of expenses.
  • Accruals and Journal Entries: Manage accruals and prepare journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Lease Terms: Read and comprehend lease terms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
