QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of experience in property accounting environment
Experience in full-cycle accounting.
Exceptional organization skills
Experience in Condo Manager is a must!
Ability to multi-task and prioritize time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

· Monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
· Monthly and year-end journal entries, adjustments and accruals
· Providing financial budgeting assistance to Property Managers
· Answering client inquiries through email or phone
