Responsibilities
  • Collect and distribute invoices to the appropriate department heads for review/approval
  • Record invoices in M3
  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts
  • Participate in the physical inventory counts and the subsequent accuracy of count, price and valuation
  • Audit daily rooms, F&B and miscellaneous revenues
  • Prepare daily income journal
  • Cross train on accounts receivable and cash functions
  • Assist the Property Controller during the month-end closing process by preparing certain balance sheet reconciliations and workpapers incl. but not limited to inventory, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses
  • Other accounting related tasks as assigned
