Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements related to a portfolio of properties
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Reconcile general ledger accounts and financial discrepancies specific to property financials
Create and monitor budgets, including variance analysis, for properties under management
Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant real estate regulations
Collaborate with property management teams to support decision-making and financial strategy
3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on property management or real estate
Strong understanding of real estate accounting concepts,
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with comfort collaborating across departments
