When there is excess rent revenue after management, maintenance and funding replacement reserves, the County Housing Authority will use the revenue to reinvest to achieve the Board's strategic goals for housing and other community needs. The Gunnison County Housing Authority will be adding standing up a public-facing operational organization in 2026, including staffing to expand our ability achieve the BOCC’s strategic objectives for housing and other community needs. The primary goal of the Property Administrator is to assist the Property Management function with all aspects of the effective management of GCHA’s residential affordable housing portfolio.
