Description

Anderson Knight is partnering with a respected legal services firm to recruit a Property Administrator.
This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills looking to develop their career in the legal/property sector.
This role sits within the conveyancing department and provides essential support to solicitors and assistants to ensure accurate and timely case management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Fully office-based, located in Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £28,000+

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an office-based administrative role (experience in legal or property sectors is advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other document management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Professional and clear communication skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment or dealing with sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Open and set up new client files on the internal case management system.
  • Prepare and upload property documents including title deeds, searches, and lender instructions.
  • Accurately enter and update client data and document templates.
  • Draft standard correspondence and documentation for solicitor approval.
  • Manage shared inboxes and direct emails or documents to appropriate case handlers.
  • Liaise with external partners such as outsourcing providers and lenders to retrieve outstanding documentation.
  • File, scan, and archive both electronic and paper-based documentation in line with firm policies.
  • Support the conveyancing team with general administrative duties including handling submissions and client communications.
