ADMINISTRATOR
Arcourt Ltd require an experienced administrator to assist the Property Manager in the daily operations of our property rental business. Key responsibilities will be as follows,
Liasing with tenants to resolve any issues
Utility and RTB registrations
Arranging viewings for prospective tenants
Organising maintenance visits and routine inspections
General office duties, answering phones, typing, filing, diary management etc
keeping all files paper and electronic updated at all times
Applicant must have a professional and friendly attitude and enjoy meeting people, be highly organised with ability to work on own initiative, meet deadlines and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and office. Experience with Acquaint an advantage but not essential.
