JOB SUMMARY

The Property Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the management and operations of our properties. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the efficient functioning of property management activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi, is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
  • Understanding in basic accounting is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.
  • Familiarity with CMMS is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions related to property management.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the property management system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and property management teams.
  • Support sales efforts by maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to property management activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
