  • Ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in real estate an asset;
  • Current or previously held Rental Property Management Real Estate license an asset;
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Full time in the office, the Property Administrator will work as a vital member of our property management team. Working collaboratively with a team of experienced property managers and administrators, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tenant relations including being first point of contact for tenants via telephone and email;
  • Assist with rent collection and follow up on tenant arrears;
  • Issue notices and demand letters as directed;
  • Property maintenance coordination including obtaining quotations;
  • Assist with tenant and landlord insurance administration;
  • Set up of utility services as required;
  • Complete title and corporate searches as required;
  • Assist with front office duties as required;
  • General administration work.
