POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to join our Block Property Management team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Senior Management , ensuring the smooth and efficient running of residential and mixed-use developments. This role is central to maintaining excellent service standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., BlocksOnline preferred).
  • Customer service-focused with a diplomatic and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a residential property or block management role is desirable.
  • Knowledge of property legislation, health & safety compliance, and leasehold management (advantageous but not essential – training provided).
  • Willingness to undertake professional development (e.g., IRPM qualifications).
