Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison for property owners, addressing inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Ensure adherence to CPM Client Contracts and manage all aspects of contract oversight. Maintain up-to-date property-specific data and manage the Community Association Calendar to ensure seamless operations. Demonstrate strong proficiency in company software to facilitate smooth and efficient workflows. Prioritize the security of confidential information by implementing robust encryption practices for document transmission. Apply advanced de-escalation techniques to manage and resolve conflicts effectively. Promptly respond to inquiries from contractors and vendors, and coordinate work schedules to ensure timely task completion. Manage employee documentation, ensure completion of necessary employment forms, and coordinate accurate payroll processing.
