Fully remote role (South Africa-based) Working hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm Sydney time (1:00am – 9:00am South African time) 40 hours per week Contract role Role Purpose Support the day-to-day operations of a growing buyer’s agency by handling admin, coordination, and communication tasks so the lead agent can stay focused on strategy, sourcing, and clients. This is a detail-heavy, execution role. If systems, follow-ups, and keeping plates spinning is your thing — you’ll thrive here. Key Responsibilities Administration & Operations Managing and organising invoicing General CRM administration and data upkeep Building & Pest (B&P) administration Conveyancer coordination and admin Sending exchanged contracts to brokers Managing emails and inbox triage Organising and sending client merch packs Transaction & Deal Support Organising pre-settlement inspections Requesting and managing rental appraisals Liaising with property managers Coordinating communication with trades Supporting post-exchange and pre-settlement processes Client & Stakeholder Communication Day-to-day client communications Liaising with agents when required Managing ongoing deal-related correspondence Acting as a professional point of contact across transactions Scheduling & Logistics Calendar management Coordinating travel arrangements Keeping key dates, deadlines, and follow-ups on track Market & Research Support Preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) Assisting with admin tasks linked to deal evaluation and reporting What This Role Is (And Isn’t) This is not a sales role This is not a sourcing or strategy role This is a systems, process, and execution role You are the glue that holds transactions together Ideal Candidate Traits Highly organised and detail-oriented Comfortable juggling multiple deals at once Clear, professional communicator Proactive — doesn’t wait to be told twice Strong follow-through and accountability Previous experience in property administration, buyer’s agency support, conveyancing support, or real estate operations Strong understanding of Australian property transactions (exchange, settlement, B&P, conveyancing workflows) Experience working with CRMs and property-related systems Excellent written and verbal English High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable, high-speed internet connection Backup internet solution Backup power supply (load shedding readiness) Quiet, professional home office environment Fully remote role with no commute Long-term contract opportunity with a stable Australian buyer’s agency Exposure to the Australian property market and end-to-end transactions Clear processes, systems, and expectations Opportunity to grow with the business as transaction volume increases Work with an experienced lead agent in a professional, fast-paced environment
