QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College diploma in business administration;
  • CPM or FMP certification (an asset);
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar job and more precisely in real estate;
  • Perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
  • Knowledge of Yardi software (an asset).

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative processes relating to leases and other legal aspects of the assigned portfolio;
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants;
  • Communicate professionally with tenants;
  • Participate in the identification, prioritization and planning of interventions aimed at ensure the protection, conformity and functionality of buildings;
  • Contribute to CAPEX and OPEX investment planning for portfolios defined real estate;
  • Annual planning of minor maintenance work;
  • Participate in the collection and entry of data from different projects (CAPEX);
  • Assist in the creation of purchase orders;
  • Visit, if required, properties;
  • Make contract adjustments;
  • Maintain and update information relating to tenants and suppliers.
  • Store and update all property management information in the database data;
  • Send notices to tenants;
  • Be the point of contact for tenant assistance;
  • Trainer for Property Coordinators;
  • Ensures the responsibility of Property Coordinators during their absences;
  • Training and mentoring of Property Coordinators;
  • Perform all other related tasks
