JOB SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain real estate records, contracts, and client documentation.
Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and related legal documents.
Handle online property listings, advertisements, and CRM updates.
Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings between clients and agents.
Maintain communication with clients, landlords, and property developers.
Assist in processing Ejari, Tarkheesi, DLD (Dubai Land Department) documents, and other regulatory requirements.
Support the HR and finance teams with staff records, petty cash, and invoice follow-ups when needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Previous experience in real estate administration or office management (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures (Ejari, DLD, RERA) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
