Description

MC Property are seeking an Administrator to join our Property Management Team in Galway. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, and the ability to demonstrate the capability to manage a diverse workflow in a fast paced environment. This will be an office based role, located at our offices in Liosbaun Business Park.

WORK EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level
  • Candidates should have both excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Good letter writing skills and use of the English language
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong record keeping skills
  • Candidates should be strong team players and be customer focused.
  • Previous administration experience and working with a team is essential

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good verbal, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high volume environment.
  • Previous property administrative experience would be an advantage but not an essential requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Act a first point of contact logging and directing calls.
  • Supporting the Department issuing correspondence as necessary.
  • Dealing with queries from relevant stakeholders.
  • Management of maintenance issues.
  • Arrange Meetings as required.
  • Stock management for fobs and keys as required.
  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing post is completed on a daily basis in both an accurate and timely manner.
  • General administration and record keeping of all communications
  • Administrative support for the financial element of the department.
