Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES MAY INCLUDE AND NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Answering phone calls and liaising with owners, tenants, and vendors
  • Managing emails and fulfilling day-to-day requests for owners, tenants, and vendors (e.g., arrange vendor key pick ups, write and send letters/notices, arrange repairs, schedule contractors)
  • Arrange meetings, prepare, and mail out materials (i.e., annual general meetings and special general meeting packages)
  • Attend meetings (mix of virtual and in-person), take minutes, and manage follow-up
  • Maintain and update property files
  • Assist with accounting duties
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • After hours “on call” in rotation with the team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience is an asset

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service attitude
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong time management
  • Competent computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

This full-time permanent position is an opportunity to join a small but fast-paced office located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.
This is a public-facing role. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, written and oral communication, time management, and organization. A minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience is an asset.
