As a Property Administrator, you'll be the backbone of daily property operations—handling tenant communications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring documentation is up to date. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for tenant queries and escalate as needed Liaise with landlords, contractors, and letting agents to coordinate property maintenance and repairs Manage tenancy documentation including lease agreements, renewals, and notices Ensure compliance with UK property regulations (e.g. gas safety certificates, EPCs, deposits) Update and maintain property management systems and databases Support the lettings and renewals process by preparing relevant paperwork Assist with rent collection monitoring and arrears reporting Produce regular reports on property performance and maintenance issues Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property administration or property management role Strong knowledge of UK residential property practices and compliance requirements Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g. Arthur, Fixflo, Reapit, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup Reliable internet connection and own laptop required
