QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is required; administrative experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management practices is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience with filing systems and organizational tasks.
  • Negotiation skills are a plus to facilitate vendor agreements.
