REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory
• Solid understanding of off-plan sales, developer offerings, and project lifecycle
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Must be currently based in Dubai with strong local market awareness
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus

• Actively promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
• Generate leads through client networking, property portals, and digital campaigns
• Conduct site visits and project presentations with potential buyers and investors
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing professional guidance and market insights
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records accurately
