Description
What's in It for You Base salary $26,000 AUD/year (~₱90,000/month) 100% remote – work from anywhere 6 weeks paid recreation leave Access to cutting-edge technology and tools WFH setup allowance to get you started A high-performance team that genuinely invests in your growth The Role At Dashdot, our Property team works with a constant flow of pre-market and off-market opportunities, properties that aren't publicly listed, sourced directly through our network of real estate agents and property partners across Australia. Getting these opportunities in front of the right buyer quickly is everything in this space, and that's where you come in. As the Agent Success Coordinator, you're the first set of eyes on every incoming property. You'll assess each opportunity against our investment criteria, make decisions about what progresses, and keep the pipeline moving. Your work directly frees up our Property Specialists to focus on what they do best: deep analysis, client strategy, and closing deals. This isn't a data-entry role. You'll be making real calls on real properties, communicating directly with agents and partners, and owning your corner of the business from day one. In this role, you'll be: Receiving, processing, and conducting initial reviews of all Pre and Off Market property opportunities Monitoring the OM Team WhatsApp to submit, review, and allocate properties as they come in Conducting client matching for suitable properties and liaising with relevant Specialists Managing Follow Up Live Listings and coordinating Follow Up Emails Sending Conditional and Settled property emails in line with SOPs Maintaining the Off Market Contact Database, marketing email lists, and property partnership records in Airtable Communicating with agents and partners in a timely, professional manner, keeping relationships warm and workflows moving Supporting adhoc project management under the guidance of the BDM What Success Looks Like Properties are assessed and cleared within 2 hours of receipt, consistently and accurately Reviews are decisions, not just data movement. Quality filtering is applied with care and consideration Specialists have high confidence in the properties submitted and prioritise them accordingly Agent relationships feel supported and positive, they experience you as helping them sell, not just as an admin contact Airtable is clean, up to date, and processed without being prompted The BDM can step back from oversight with full confidence What We're Looking For You'll need: Proven ability to manage high volumes of competing priorities quickly and accurately — without dropping the ball Strong tech fluency — you're comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously (Airtable, Slack, WhatsApp, email) and pick up new tools fast Clear, succinct written communication — your messages to agents and partners are professional, efficient, and easy to act on Sound decision-making skills — you know when to act independently and when to escalate A genuine team-player mindset — collaborative, proactive, and never operating in isolation High personal accountability — you take ownership of outcomes, not just activity Bonus points if you have: Experience with Airtable Prior experience interacting with real estate agents or property partners Background or interest in the property investment space The Culture At Dashdot, we cultivate a high-performance team culture grounded in Freedom and Responsibility, trusting our members to operate with integrity and uphold our values while striving for excellence. We recognise that our best work often happens when we have the freedom to manage our time and support our personal needs, fostering an environment of extreme ownership and mutual respect. We're a team of A-players who push each other to grow, show up for each other, and care deeply about the impact of our work. If that's the environment where you thrive, you'll fit right in.
