• Provide assistance to the asset manager on the development and execution of the asset management strategy
• Work with the asset manager on the development and execution of each property budget
• Assist with overseeing compliance with corporate policies
• Reviewing operational expenditure to ensure existing agreements and policies are being followed at each property
• Assisting with CAPEX / lifecycle reporting and planning for the assets
• Working closely with the onsite property managers to track budgets
• Overseeing procurement of service agreements and FF&E in line with the procurement policy
• Helping to manage handover of new buildings from main contractors and subsequent defect liability negotiations
• Regular reporting to management based on analysis of ongoing property operations
