Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities: To process data, provide research and analytical findings to support Fortune REIT’s Investor Relations, Investments and Corporate strategies/initiatives: Investor Relations Closely monitor the unit activity of Fortune REIT and its peers. Analyze Fortune REIT's financial and operating performance, including benchmarking against peers. Monitor and analyze macro-economics, the property market, capital markets, relevant regulatory developments, and industry peers that are relevant to Fortune REIT’s operating environment. Set up and maintain relevant databases and portals, visualize the data, and provide regular reports/updates to support the development of investor relations and other corporate materials. Corporate Strategies and Other Ad Hoc Projects/Initiatives Analyze macro and micro data sets, identify trends, patterns and relationships that support the formulation of corporate strategies. Background research and data simulations to support ad hoc projects/initiatives. Asset Investment and Property Valuation Coordinate and work with external valuer to drive the portfolio valuation process, including handling valuer's information requests, answering their queries, and verifying valuations and reports. Conduct market research, due diligence, financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to support investment activities. Drive the planning/waiver applications to the government to optimize the user of property. Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines Minimum 8 years' working experience (including at least 5 years’ investor relations-related experience), with knowledge of capital markets and corporate strategy Experience in or exposure to investor relations for a Hong Kong- listed company; sell-side research; buy-side research/investment Experience in property-related industry is a plus Possess a strategic mindset, thoughtful, creative and versatile, willing to step out comfort zone Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, who can work both independently and collaboratively and be able to build good connection with both external and internal stakeholders Ability to drive strategy while also willing to execute and handle day-to-day tactical elements Heavy MS Office experience; experience with Bloomberg and other IR tools.
