Job Description Colliers is seeking an experienced and technically capable property professional to join its Brisbane Industrial & Logistics team as a Property Analyst. This is a key analytical role supporting the full lifecycle of major industrial sales and leasing campaigns, from opportunity identification and appointment through to due diligence, marketing, negotiation and transaction completion. Working alongside one of Australia’s leading Industrial & Logistics agency teams, you will provide the financial analysis, market intelligence and technical expertise required to deliver high-quality advice to institutional, private and international clients. This is a dedicated analytical position suited to someone seeking to establish a long-term career in commercial property analysis, valuations or transaction advisory. Your Role As Property Analyst, you will support a team of 12 brokers across day-to-day operations and the full lifecycle of major industrial sales and leasing campaigns. Key responsibilities include: Preparing financial models, cash flows, and underwrites Producing submissions, pitches, information memorandums and client reports Reviewing leases, tenancy schedules, WALE, income and outgoings Coordinating financial and technical due diligence Researching market trends, transactions, rents, yields and vacancy Maintaining up-to date market databases Identifying potential clients, assets and off-market opportunities Supporting campaign strategy, purchaser analysis and client meetings Qualifications Qualifications - Essential Previous experience as a commercial property analyst, finance industry, valuer, transaction analyst or property-focused professional Strong financial modelling and analysis capability (Forbury preferred) Experience with discounted cash flow and property valuation methodologies (Forbury preferred) A tertiary qualification in property, finance, economics, business or a related discipline Strong understanding of the Australian commercial property market Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability across PowerPoint and Word Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients, technical consultants and other stakeholders Highly Desirable Experience analysing industrial and logistics property Forbury modelling experience Commercial property valuation experience Certified Practising Valuer accreditation, or progress towards accreditation Adobe InDesign experience Experience preparing information memorandums, submissions and institutional-quality property reports The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is likely to be working as a commercial property valuer, property analyst, transaction analyst or banking professional and looking to apply their technical expertise within a market-leading Industrial & Logistics agency platform. You will be commercially minded, technically competent and comfortable taking ownership of detailed analytical work. You will have a strong interest in the industrial property sector and be motivated by the opportunity to work closely with experienced agents on major transactions across Brisbane and Queensland.
