This full-time entry-level position will be performing property due diligence using Google, Municipal Websites, and other online resources. Once the research is complete, you will compile reports and send this information to our respective clients. This is a vital part of any real estate closing, and we need detail-oriented people with strong computer skills to help secure a clear closing for our clients! Current employees would describe this role as fulfilling due to your part in helping someone through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (please note that from November-March, the start time would be 7:30am to 4:00pm local time to match Eastern Time) Type of Work: This is a fully remote position Job Type: Full-time after completion of training Language: English (Required) Essential Functions Ensure that projects comply with state requirements Contact municipal government to validate online records, via email and phone Assist in the processing of permits in the USA, and their requirements Conduct online research Compile reports using our proprietary software Data entry work Communicate with internal teams to confirm deadlines, update progress Maintain workflow and order progress Other duties, as assigned Starting Pay Rate: 2.174.000 per month plus full benefits and opportunities for monthly bonuses. Once training is completed, there is bonus eligibility upon meeting monthly productivity and quality targets. Pay will also increase to 2.500.000 at that time. If we are both still interested, there will be a technical assessment that also gives you a glimpse into what the work is like. If you cannot complete the assessment from a home computer, you will be able to do it on location at our office. If you pass the technical assessment, there will be a remote interview with the hiring team. If we are both still interested, you will go for a background check and drug screening. After all steps are successfully completed, we will extend an offer for employment.
