Start with our paid Pre-Licensing Training Program and earn your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License. After passing the state exam, move into a full-time Licensed Insurance Professional role with higher pay. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Support customers by phone and email with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes. Process insurance transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Provide great service (no cold calling) Qualifications Who Should Apply Call center or customer service experience Interested in career growth No insurance license required—we train you Veterans and military family members encouraged to apply.
