Job Summary We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused insurance sales professional specializing in property and casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, provide expert insurance advice, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales approaches. Key Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new commercial and personal lines P&C insurance clients Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for potential clients Develop tailored insurance solutions across multiple lines, including: Commercial property insurance General liability coverage Business interruption insurance Commercial auto insurance Cyber and crime insurance Manage and grow existing client relationships Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals Negotiate policy terms and pricing Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Stay current with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes Leverage established client relationships to identify insurance needs and provide tailored risk solutions Identify other cross-selling opportunities for the Stable Rock business Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field Valid P&C insurance license in any state Minimum 2-3 years of direct insurance sales experience Proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong understanding of P&C insurance products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Preferred Commercial lines insurance experience Life and Health insurance Additional insurance certifications (CPCU, CIC) Experience with small to mid-sized business markets Skills Exceptional consultative sales approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proven negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong time management abilities Resilient and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities Compensation Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses Health and wellness benefits 401(k) with company match Continuous professional development opportunities Equity opportunities Performance Metrics New client acquisition targets Retention rates Revenue growth Cross-selling success Client satisfaction scores Work Environment Location: hybrid - combination of office, home, and field sales Flexible working arrangements Modern, supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth Application Process Interested candidates should submit: Detailed resume Professional cover letter Sales performance history Professional references Benefits and Compensation Details: The expected base salary is $125,000 to $150,000 plus sales commission and bonus opportunities depending on the success of the candidate. The salary range provided reflect Stable Rock's good faith belief, at the time of this posting, of what it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; market demand for the role; and overall business and labor market conditions.
