About the Role
We are looking for a Property and Leasing Administrator to join our team at BOQ Group.
In this role, you will report to the National Leasing Manager and be responsible for supporting the leasing team with various administrative tasks. Your duties will include compiling rent files, updating system data, and managing subtenant income and on-charges. You will also manage monthly critical timeframes and support business reporting. Key responsibilities include managing lease data entry, reviewing and inputting lease charges, and overseeing system controls and reporting. Additionally, you will provide administrative support such as records management, coordination of meetings and events, and other assistance required for the effective operation of the Property and Facilities team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring data compliance and maintaining accurate and up-to-date system data. This includes managing lease payments, lease income, on-charges, and reconciliations, as well as validating and inputting invoices. You will also be responsible for recording consumption data for sustainability reporting, constructing obligation notices, and assisting in market and competitor analysis. Other duties include managing lease and system administration, flagging business risks, and contributing to the development of team culture. You will also be involved in implementing best practice processes and procedures and extracting and compiling lease and financial information to support departmental decisions.

You’re adaptable, quick to learn, and have a customer service orientation that makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You’ve demonstrated experience in a similar role on a large scale, showcasing your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
