Description

SHAPE THE PLACES WHERE GREAT DENTAL CARE HAPPENS.

We’re seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Property and Leasing Manager to lead our Property Services team and drive network growth and optimisation across our national footprint.
From securing and negotiating new leases to expanding, relocating or refreshing existing sites – this role is at the centre of ensuring our dental centres are scalable, safe and ready to deliver outstanding care. You’ll provide strategic leadership across all property activity, while guiding a high-performing team to manage leasing, maintenance, and new centre development.
You’ll be based at our East Maitland head office with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

ARE YOU WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

You have good life skills and know how to effectively manage differing objectives. You’re a self-starter who can work both independently as well as lead a team, jumping in to help with a ‘we’ll get it done’ nature when the need arises. In addition to this you have:

  • Solid experience across leasing, commercial property, project management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring team members.
  • Proven commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
  • A practical mindset, able to pivot from strategy to hands-on delivery.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel as needed across our network of centres
