THE ROLE
In these roles you’ll be assisting the Place Management and Stakeholder Engagement team with a variety of task across either Site Works and development or Property and Licensing within SOPA. Responsibilities may include administering the provisions of service contracts including invoices and payments, coordinating meetings when required and ensuring that customer & stakeholder management system are updated, coordinating site bookings, site licensing and/or issuing of work permits to ensure a quality customer experience for all relevant stakeholders.
In addition, you may assist with reporting and administrative duties, all aimed at supporting the teams to deliver onsite and development projects
In these roles you will juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, all while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and keeping meticulous records. Your role is crucial in ensuring outcomes are met in line with deliverable to meet their time, cost, and quality targets, and in providing a seamless experience for all involved.
