Glamorgan Spring Bay Council is seeking a proactive and organised Property and Projects Officer to support the management of Council’s property portfolio and lead a range of exciting projects that contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
This part-time role (0.8 FTE) is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values good governance, and has a flair for both detail and innovation.

Working closely with the Director of Planning & Development, you’ll take the lead on:

• Administering leases, licences, and property agreements
• Maintaining statutory registers and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Providing advice on Council-owned and managed land matters
• Coordinating special projects, particularly those involving IT and process improvement
• Supporting the development of policies and streamlined work practices

You’ll be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in ensuring Council’s property functions run smoothly and strategically.
