PROPERTY ASSESSOR DESKTOP – CUSTOMER & OPERATIONS – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

  • Multiple positions available.
  • 4-6 weeks of training.
  • Remote working environment – monthly anchor days, and office days as required.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.00pm (local time based on your location)
  • Ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (AEST time)
  • Commencement date of Monday, 30th June 2025

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.
  • Maintain a timely delivery of claims outcomes of a portfolio of property claims which meet or exceed the customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
  • Liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision making and life of claim outcomes.
  • Improve property assessing performance via effective management of average property related incurred costs across internally assessed claims through appropriate use of suppliers and repairers supported by proper application of the policy terms and conditions.
  • Maintain a productive work environment though appropriate planning and workflow management.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing a portfolio of property claims from end to end and being the main point of contact of the insured.
  • Maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
  • Liaising with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes.
