What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead and manage PAS operations across Amberley & Oakeygra. Ensure compliance with Defence and Downer standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate services. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Manage team performance and development. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership in asset management or related field. Strong understanding of Defence estate operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in managing large teams and complex projects. Relevant qualifications in facilities or asset management.
