Mō te tūranga | About the Role In this specialist role, you’ll lead the management of property assets across all Westpac NZ locations. As part of the Facilities & Operations team, you’ll help make sure our buildings and assets are well looked after, planned for, and support a great experience for both customers and staff. A key part of this role is developing and maintaining an asset management framework aligned to ISO 55001. You’ll document and plan asset needs across our property portfolio, making sure responsibilities are clear, future investment requirements are understood, and opportunities to improve performance and sustainability are identified. You’ll work closely with Estates, Projects and Facilities teams to keep information flowing, ensure good planning, and support smooth management of both landlord and tenant obligations. Your expertise will help Westpac improve operational efficiency, manage costs, support sustainability goals, and strengthen our long‑term property strategy. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? You understand property assets well and keep documentation and processes tidy and accurate.
