About the Role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management As a Property Associate, your tasks will include: Monitoring of the property inbox Assist regional property managers in there day to day administrative tasks Arrange collection and return of archive and vault packets Assist regional property managers with rent tracker management Adhere to key controls Maintain awareness of property policies and procedures, business rules, Risk and Control profile and standards Escalate identified risks and issues to Manager as appropriate Liaising with internal/external stakeholders About You We’re looking for someone with: Experience within financial services, performing administration functions within Trustee Services and/or Advice Property Services experience is desired but not essential Strong written & verbal communication skills Strong self/time management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
