This long-term contract position involves supporting property management operations, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounts receivable, reporting, and vendor management to help maintain smooth and efficient property operations.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Oversee property-related documentation, including contracts, insurance records, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, ensuring timely payments and adherence to service agreements.
• Monitor and track expense reporting and budget processes to align with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain databases and filing systems to ensure the organization and accessibility of property records.
• Assist in auditing procedures to verify the accuracy of financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure property safety and functionality.
• Handle correspondence related to property management, including billing inquiries and collection processes.
• Support planning and operational procedures to optimize property management efficiency.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in documentation, filing, and database management.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and auditing practices in property management.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage service contracts effectively.
• Knowledge of budget processes and expense reporting.
• Proficiency in using property management tools and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication skills for handling correspondence and reporting.
