Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Property Care Sales, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking expert property care. You’ll guide them through the process, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions for garden maintenance, mowing services, small landscape projects, and snow removal.
This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused salesperson who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads for garden maintenance, lawn care, small landscape projects, and snow removal
  • Conduct site visits, assess gardens, and provide expert property care recommendations
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals
  • Achieve a closing ratio of 70-80% on qualified leads
  • Maintain fast response times (under 24 hours) for new inquiries
  • Use CRM (Copper) and LMN software to track sales, leads, and proposals
  • Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the design team on small landscape projects
  • Generate new business by networking with neighbors of existing clients and industry events
  • Work closely with Property Care and Production Managers to ensure seamless project handoffs
