Why This Role is Perfect for You: Earn While You Learn: No license? No problem. We provide up to 64 hours of paid Pre-Licensing Training Program. We cover the costs while you focus on passing your exam. A Clear Raise on Day One of Licensing: Start at a $18 per hour during training and see an immediate jump to $22.50/hr once you become licensed. Service-First (No Cold Calling!): We focus on helping customers who need us. You’ll support clients with quotes, policy changes, and coverage updates—no aggressive "cold" sales required. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing: Expert Guidance: Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries. Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision. Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection. Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For: Experienced Professionals: You have a background in customer service. Call center experience is a plus. Growth-Minded: You aren't looking for a "gig", you want a career pathway with stability and upward mobility. Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, especially when handling important legal documents and applications. Great Communicators: You can turn complex insurance jargon into clear, helpful advice for customers. Reliable: You can pass a background check and are committed to the full 8-week training schedule. Internet Service Requirements All agents are required to have wired internet service installed directly into their home. Examples of acceptable wired services include: Cable internet Fiber‑optic internet DSL broadband Wireless-only internet services are not allowed.This includes: Cellular/mobile hotspots (4G, 5G, LTE) Fixed wireless internet Satellite internet providers (e.g., Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat) Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable. Wi‑Fi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.This means: No wireless connection from the computer to the router No Wi‑Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters No cellular hotspots or any other wireless links Both of the above requirements must be met.
