KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and confident liaising with contractors and colleagues
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Competent in using digital tools (Word, Excel, mobile reporting apps)
  • Proven administrative or coordination experience (property/operations background desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
  • Willingness to travel between properties as required

DESIRABLE:

  • Background in property maintenance, facilities or property coordination
  • Familiarity with property/project management software

Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for new property maintenance requests
  • Plan and coordinate contractor visits for routine and urgent works
  • Conduct weekly property audits and produce detailed reports
  • Support the setup of new properties and manage closure/turnaround of vacated properties
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, audits and contractor performance
  • Support procurement and stock management for property-related needs
