PROPERTY COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Location: Hybrid (Travel Required)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and solution-focused Property Compliance Manager to join a forward-thinking Risk Management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and expertise in property compliance within housing or care sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of landlord compliance obligations, preferably within the care or housing sector.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Relevant technical/trade qualification in construction or building services.
• Experience in managing property compliance processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel across England and Wales.

• Develop and maintain property compliance policies and procedures to ensure full regulatory adherence.
• Oversee data validation and documentation to confirm compliance across all disciplines for domestic and commercial properties.
• Ensure property compliance inspection programmes are planned and completed within required timescales.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance in delivering safety checks, inspections, and servicing programmes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on property compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the Compliance team, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
• Work collaboratively with the Health & Safety team to align internal processes and provide consistent, solution-focused support.
