Open Positions:1. Secondary Market Property Consultant (Residential)
You will specialize in the resale of residential properties across Dubai’s most popular communities — including villas, apartments, and investment units.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and list quality resale properties.
  • Manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close resale transactions.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and return on investment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, end-users, and investors.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, area developments, and regulatory updates.
  • Commercial Property Consultant
    You will focus on leasing and selling commercial properties across Dubai — including offices, retail units, warehouses, and industrial spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets in the commercial segment.
  • Qualify leads and manage client requirements using our advanced CRM.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide business clients with strategic advice on locations, rental terms, and investment returns.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Dubai’s commercial zones, tenancy laws, and licensing requirements.
  • Represent A1 Properties at corporate meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (APPLICABLE TO BOTH ROLES):

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (Dubai market preferred).
  • RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
  • UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own client portfolio.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
